摘　　要：目的通过分析和总结广州市皮肤病防治所2014年-2018年制剂临床使用情况,探讨医院制剂的发展现状、面临的困难及相应措施。方法采用比较分析方法对2014年-2018年医院制剂的品种、用量、用药金额等进行分析,回顾性评价并结合医院制剂的现状提出应对方案。结果2014-2018年医院制剂品种临床应用数量上从48种减少到目前的35种,减少率为27.08%;2016年医院制剂质量标准提升,医院制剂的销售总量和销售金额较2015年减少了12.86%和10.85%;制剂结构调整后,大多数医院制剂的销售数量和各类制剂销售占比基本保持稳定。分析显示,一些不具疗效优势的医院制剂被上市的品种所取代,不过,具有特色的医院制剂仍然受到临床的认可。结论基于医院"专科优势"的特色,打造研发新医院制剂平台,发展"特色制剂",以推动医院制剂的良性发展,弥补市场供应的短缺,应该是医院制剂发展的重要方向之一。Objective By analyzing and summarizing the clinical use of preparations from 2014 to 2018 in Guang-zhou Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Institute(hereinafter referred to as“Our Hospital”),the development status,difficulties and corresponding measures of hospital preparations were discussed.Methods A comparative analysis method was used to analyze the types,dosage,and amount of medicines used in our hospital from 2014 to 2018,and retrospectively evaluated and combined with the current status of hospital preparations to propose our response plan.Results The number of clinical applications of pharmaceutical preparations has been reduced from 48To 35,with a reduction rate of 27.08%.In 2016,the quality standard of preparations in our hospital was improved.Compared with 2015,the total sales volume and sales amount of pharmaceutical preparations decreased by 12.86%and 10.85%.After the adjustment,the sales volume and sales proportion of most pharmaceutical preparations in our hospital remained basically stable.The analysis shows that some less prominent pharmaceutical preparations have been replaced by the new one.However,the distinctive pharmaceutical preparations are still popular in the clinical use.Conclusion Based on the advantages of the specialty of dermatological treatment,it would be one of the important directions for developing pharmaceutical preparations to build a research platform.With promoting characteristic preparations,the shortage of market supply could be satisfied and it will help promote the devel-opment of pharmaceutical preparations.
