摘　　要：目的探究腺样体低温等离子消融治疗术联合鼻内镜对小儿腺样体肥大疼痛评分及安全性影响。方法选取2017年10月-2019年10月进行治疗的68例腺样体肥大的患儿,采用随机数字法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各34例,对照组采用鼻内镜辅助腺样体切除术治疗,观察组采用经鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术进行治疗。比较两组患儿的围术期各项指标、术后疼痛评分及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、疼痛程度及恢复通气时间均低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后1、2、3 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症的总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低温等离子消融技术治疗小儿腺样体肥大可降低术中出血量,缩短手术时间,加快恢复速度,降低术后并发症的发生,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of low temperature plasma ablation combined with nasal endoscopy on pain score and safety of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods A total of 68 patients with adenoid hypertrophy treated from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected,and the children were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method,each with 34 cases.For the treatment of protoplasmectomy,the observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma ablation under nasal endoscopy.The perioperative indicators,postoperative pain scores and com-plications of the two groups of children were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,pain level and recovery time of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);Control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of low-temperature plasma ablation technology in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operation time,accelerate the recovery rate,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and is worth promoting and applying.
