疏肝养阴运脾法治疗甲亢的临床观察

摘　　要：目的根据甲亢病因病机,运用疏肝养阴运脾法,由我院老中医梁建明拟定本院协定处方甲亢方,观察治疗甲亢的临床疗效。方法把62例临床甲亢患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予口服甲巯咪唑片、甲亢方加减及B族维生素治疗,对照组予口服甲巯咪唑片及B族维生素,均用药3个月;对比两组患者在治疗前后的血常规、肝功能(AST)、甲状腺功能(FT3、FT4、TSH)变化情况,采用VAS评分法比较患者主要症状及体征(心悸、多汗、神疲、大便烂等)变化情况。结果经过3个月的规范治疗后,观察组总有效率达100.00%,对照组总有效率达94.00%,两组疗效对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗后甲功(TSH、FT3、FT4)改善情况均优于治疗前(P<0.05),VAS评分改善情况观察组明显优于对照组,治疗过程对白细胞、中性粒细胞及转氨酶影响则无明显差异。结论运用甲亢方加减联合甲巯咪唑及B族维生素治疗甲亢具有优于甲巯咪唑组治疗甲亢的疗效,在临床上值得进一步推广。Objective According to the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism,using the method of soothing the liver,nourishing the Yin and transporting the spleen,Liang Jianming,a famous physician of our hospital,formulates the prescription of hyperthyroidism,and observe the clinical effect of hyperthyroidism.Methods 62 patients with clinical hyper-thyroidism were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with oral methimazole tablets,addition and subtraction of hyperthyroidism and B vitamins.Compare the changes of blood routine,liver function(AST),thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)before and after treatment in two groups of patients,and compare the main symptoms and signs(palpitations,sweating,fatigue)of patients with VAS,Rotten stools,etc.)changes.Results After 3 months of standardized treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%and that of the control group was 94.00%,the observation group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of TSH,FT3 and FT4 in the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of VAS score was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the effects on leukocytes,neutrophils and transaminase.Conclu-sion The therapeutic effect of Jiakang prescription and minus combined with methimazole and B vitamins on hyperthyroidism is better than that of methimazole alone,which is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
