摘 要:为降低沥青路表面的温度,本文研制出热固性熟石灰粉末涂料。首先,以聚酯树脂和熟石灰为主要原料,制备出三种浅色系热固性熟石灰粉末涂料,并测试反射率;然后,通过降温、抗滑、耐磨和粘附等试验分析涂料颜色、撒布量对降温效果和路用性能的影响。结果表明:在400至2 000nm波段内,聚酯浅灰色和聚酯浅橘色的反射率较高,可达到76%。随着撒布量增多,降温效果和粘附性增加,而抗滑和耐磨耗性能降低。再者,聚酯浅灰色比聚酯海灰色的降温幅度高44.45%,说明粉末涂料的降温效果与颜色有关。综合考虑降温效果和路用性能,最佳撒布量为100-150g/m^2。In order to reduce the surface temperature of asphalt pavement,this paper developed a thermosetting hydrated lime powder coating.Firstly,three kinds of thermosetting hydrated lime coatings made from polyester resin and hydrated lime were prepared,and their reflectivities were tested.Then the effects of color and spreading quantity on the cooling performance and road performance were analyzed by cooling test,skid resistance test,wear resistance test,adhesion test and adhesive test.The results showed that the reflectivities of thermosetting coatings with colors of light grey and light orange were higher,which could reach 76%in 400-2000 nm band.With the increasing of spreading quantity,the cooling performance and adhesion increased,the abrasion resistance decreased.Furthermore,the range of temperature dropping of light grey pavement was 44.45%higher than that of light sea grey pavement,which showed that the cooling performance had a relationship with the color.According to the cooling performance and road performance,the optimum spreading quantity was 100-150 g/m^2.
