摘 要:上海市目前存在大量服役年限较长的交通标志杆件,近几年已经发生数起标志杆件倒塌的事件。采集上海市市管道路标志杆件的现状数据,以失效概率作为评价指标,采用基于可靠度的标志杆件评估方法,将标志杆件风险等级划分为严重风险、一般风险、安全三类。发现处于严重风险等级的杆件集中在∮115、∮159、∮219三种尺寸上,其中∮115、∮159这两类杆件的90%都处于严重风险等级中。风险评价成果能够为制定精准的交通标志杆件维修更换方案提供理论支持,对交通标志养护工作具有重要意义。In Shanghai,there are a large number of traffic sign posts that have already been in service for a long time.Several incidents of traffic sign posts collapse have happened in recent years.This article collected the current data of road sign posts in Shanghai.Taking failure probability as the indicator,a structural risk assessment method of traffic sign posts based on reliability was proposed,classifying the risk levels into three categories:serious risk,general risk,and safety.The results showed that the sign posts at the serious risk level were concentrated in the sizes of∮115,∮159,∮219.More specifically,90%of sign posts with size of∮115,∮159 were in serious risk level.The risk assessment results were able to provide theoretical support for the formulation of accurate traffic sign posts repairing and replacement programs,which would be of great significance for the maintenance of traffic signs.
