摘 要:针对胜利油田沾29块边底水稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐开发过程中油井含水率高、日产油量低的问题,利用岩心驱油实验和微观可视化设备,研究了应用水溶性降黏剂提高稠油采收率的机理;运用非线性混合法则,实现了水溶性降黏剂在数值模拟中的表征;利用数值模拟方法,建立了水溶性降黏剂吞吐数值模型,优化得到了沾29块水溶性降黏剂吞吐的开发技术界限。研究结果表明:相对于水驱,水溶性降黏剂驱油效率提高了4. 6%;水溶性降黏剂提高采收率的主要机理是形成水包油乳状液,可降低原油黏度及界面张力,减少残余油饱和度;非线性混合规则表征了原油黏度随水溶性降黏剂浓度的非线性变化规律;沾29块开发方案中,水溶性降黏剂吞吐的注入浓度为3%~4%,周期注入量为500~600 t;水溶性降黏剂吞吐措施有效期达396d,平均日增油为3. 1 t/d,矿场实验取得了良好的开发效果。研究成果对于改善边底水稠油油藏开发效果具有重要意义。In order to improve the high water cut and low daily oil production of the heavy oil reservoir with bottom-edge aquifer in the Block Zhan29 with steam stimulation treatment in Shengli Oilfield,the core flooding experiment and microscopic visualization equipment were used to reveal the enhanced oil recovery mechanism of water soluble viscosity reducer.Nonlinear mixing rule was adopted to characterize the water soluble viscosity reducer in numerical simulation.Numerical simulation was taken to establish a numerical model for the water soluble viscosity reducer stimulation and optimize the technical limits for the water soluble viscosity reducer stimulation treatment in the Block Zhan29.Research indicates that the displacement efficiency has been enhanced by 4.6%for the water soluble viscosity reducer stimulation than that of conventional steam stimulation.The main mechanism of water soluble viscosity reducer to enhance oil recovery is the generation of oil-in-water emulsion,which can reduce crude oil viscosity,interfacial tension and residual oil saturation.The nonlinear mixing rule characterizes a nonlinear variation pattern between the crude oil viscosity and the water soluble viscosity reducer concentration.According to the Block Zhan29 development program,the injection concentration of water soluble viscosity reducer stimulation is 3%~4%and the cycle injection volume is 500~600 t.The responding period of water soluble viscosity reducer stimulation is up to 396 d and the average daily oil increment is 3.1 t/d,which indicates favorable field production performance.This research is of great significance for improving the development performance of heavy oil reservoir with bottom and edge aquifer.
