摘 要:针对蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)启动阶段蒸汽耗量大、受储层非均质性影响严重等问题,利用物理模拟实验,明确了电加热启动SAGD机理及实现均衡预热的可行性,探索了SAGD井间储层内热传导特征及升温规律,并结合数值模拟研究了储层静态参数、井身条件等因素对电加热启动效果的影响,量化分析得到了油藏筛选标准。研究结果表明:油藏的导热系数和含油饱和度会直接影响电预热效果,两者可实施下限分别为1. 5和60%;油藏物性和原油黏度主要影响预热连通时间,不会造成最终的连通均匀性变化;同时,井轨迹的摆动也会影响预热均衡性,水平段上下摆动距离不应超过1. 0 m,平面摆动不超过2. 5 m。研究成果明确了SAGD电加热启动技术的适应性,有利于规避效果欠佳区域,实现经济高效开发。In order to improve the large steam consumption and serious influence from reservoir heterogeneity during the startup of steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD),physical simulate was used to clarify the SAGD electric heating startup mechanism and the balanced preheating feasibility and explore the inter well reservoir heat conduction behavior and heating pattern.Numerical simulation was combined to study the effects of static reservoir properties,wellbore conditions and other factors on the electric heating startup and quantitatively analyze reservoir screening criteria.Research indicates that the preheating performance is greatly dependent on the reservoir thermal conductivity and oil saturation,and the corresponding lower limits are 1.5 and 60%respectively.Reservoir properties and crude oil viscosity mainly determine the preheating connection time rather than final connection uniformity.In addition,well trajectory swing also influences the preheating balance.The lateral and longitudinal swing distances should be maintained within 1.0 m and 2.5 m respectively.This research clarifies the adaptability of SAGD electric heating startup technology,which is favorable to avoiding poor heating performance and achieve economic and efficient development.
