摘 要:以国内某钢厂6流八字型通道式感应加热中间包为研究对象,为了改善原型中间包的流场特性、降低温降、均匀各出水口温度,提出使用变径通道的方案并利用水模拟、数值模拟的方法对八字型感应加热中间包的流场及温度场进行研究,以此得到变径通道对中间包流场、温度场的优化效果。研究结果表明:原型中间包内流场分布不合理且温度差异明显,流往中间包中部的流股较少,中间包中部存在较大的低温区,各出水口温度分别为1768、1765.54、1753.23 K;使用变径通道后,可以有效地改善流场的分布,增加了流向中间包中部的流股,提高了温度的均匀性,各出水口温差控制在3 K以内,温度分别为1761.77、1760.46、1763.08 K。Taking the six-strand Splayed channel type induction heating tundish used by a domestic factory as the research object,in order to improve the flow field characteristics of prototype tundish,reduce the temperature drop, and uniform the temperature of each outlet,a scheme of add a reducer was proposed and the flow field and temperature field of the eight-character induction heating tundish were studied by means of water simulation and numerical simulation.The results show that the flow field distribution in the prototype tundish is unreasonable and the temperature difference is obvious.The flow to the middle of the tundish is less, and there is a large low temperature zone in the middle of the tundish.The temperature of each outlet is 1 768 K, 1 765.54 K,1 753.23 K;After the addition of the reducer, the distribution of the flow field can be effectively improved, the flow to the middle of the tundish can be increased, and the temperature uniformity can be improved. The temperature difference of each outlet is controlled within 3 K, the temperature of each outlet is 1 761.77 K, 1 760.46 K, 1 763.08 K.
