摘　　要：对龙陵小黑山省级自然保护区现状和存在问题进行了分析,提出了完善自然保护区的保护管理、加强科研监测、加强宣传教育等方面措施的规划思路和办法,对龙陵小黑山省级自然保护区总体规划的编制以及其他自然保护区的总体规划具有一定的借鉴意义。Through the analysis of the current situation and problemsof Longling Xiaoheishan Provincial Nature Re-serve,this paper puts forward planning ideas for improving the protection management of nature reserves,strengthe-ning scientific research monitoring,publicity and education,etc.The preparation of the overall plan of Longling Xi-aoheishan Provincial Nature Reserve has certain reference significance to the overall plan of other nature reserves.
