摘  要:通过收集整理在我国南方发生的登革热疫情及其蚊媒监测资料,发现伊蚊是登革热主要媒介,具有传播快、致病率高等特点,实时监测伊蚊动态、及早清除伊蚊孳生源为防治登革热的首要工作。现行监测手段主要为疾控中心专业人员人工监测,但是监测频度过低,人工整理、分析、呈现数据的时滞过大,伊蚊的产卵至羽化仅需7~13d,人工监测难以达到预警和指导科学快速灭蚊工作的效果。为此,建议在现阶段建立半自动的人工辅助监测预警系统,依靠人民群众的人海战术加标准监测方法,将点状工作平铺到面上来,对重点部位加强监测,使用诱蚊粘板采集数据后由智能手机回传管理平台,由专业人员迅速采集信息,快速整理发布,及时地应用于疫情防控工作。The monitoring data of dengue epidemic and mosquito vectors in South China are collected and sorted out.Aedes mosquito is the main vector of dengue fever,which has the characteristics of fast transmission and high patho-genic rate.Real-time monitoring of the dynamics and early elimination of Aedes mosquitoes are the primary tasks in the prevention and control of dengue fever.The current monitoring method is mainly manual monitored by profes-sionals of Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC),but the monitoring frequency is too low,and the time delay of manual sorting,analysis and presentation of data is too long.It only takes 7to 13days for the oviposition and emergence of Aedes mosquitoes,so it is difficult for manual monitoring to achieve the effect of early warning and scientific rapid mosquito control.This paper recommends the establishment of a semi-automatic manual auxiliary monitoring and early warning system at this stage by relying on volunteers and standard monitoring method to lay out the point work on the surface and strengthen monitoring in key parts.The mosquito trapping board is used to collect data.The data collected from CDC professionals will be sent back to the management platform by smart phones,and the information will be quickly collected and released by professionals for timely application in epidemic prevention and control.
