信息化病案管理在医疗建设中的问题及对策

摘　　要：随着信息化科技发展,医院信息化管理与电子化发展成为今后的趋势。病案信息化管理作为其中重要一环处于不断完善的阶段。本文汇总文献研究结合实践情况,从病案信息化在医院建设中的作用出发,结合病案信息化发展的趋势,涵盖人才构成变化趋势、技术应用变化趋势以及大数据应用趋势。从现有工作情况出发描述目前存在的问题,包括院人才队伍建设以及数据应用中的问题,并提出关于人力资源管理、数据库建立及资源共享、管理标准的建立等有针对性、可操作的建设性意见,供业内同行进行参考。为提升医院工作效率,加强共享医疗数据,为打造医疗、教学及科研为一体的现代化医院提供数据参考。With the development of information technology,hospital information management and electronic development has become the trend in the future.As an important part of medical record information management,medical record information management is in the stage of continuous improvement.This paper summarizes the literature research and practice,starting from the role of medical record informatization in hospital construction,combined with the development trend of medical record informatization,covering the changing trend of talent composition,technology application and big data application trend.Starting from the existing work situation,this paper describes the existing problems,including the construction of talent team in the institute and the problems in data application,and puts forward some targeted and operable constructive suggestions on human resource management,database establishment and resource sharing,and the establishment of management standards,which can be used as a reference for colleagues in the industry.To improve the efficiency of hospital work,strengthen the sharing of medical data,for the establishment of medical,teaching and research as one of the modern hospital data reference.
