摘　　要：VFP软件是一款数据库开发软件,它提供了多种可视化编程工具,是用户收集信息、查询数据、进行实用系统开发较为理想的工具软件。本文主要阐述了VFP软件在病案终末质控中的开发和应用情况,主要通过编写程序代码,设置出统一、规范、标准的质控模块,从而进行病案质控数据的录入,建立病案质控数据库,实现了质控数据的录入、数据查询和数据统计三大功能,使原来繁琐的工作流程得到简化,提高了工作效率,质控模块中的固定评分也避免了人为的评分误差,并且达到信息化手段监督病案质量,有效提高病案质量的管理水平。VFP software is a database development software,which provides a variety of visual programming tools.It is an ideal tool software for users to collect information,query data,and develop practical systems.This article mainly describes the development and application of VFP software in the final quality control of medical records.By writing the program code,a unified and standardized quality control module is set up to input the quality control data of medical records,to establish the quality control database of medical records,and to realize the three functions of quality control data entry,data query and data statistics.Therefore,the original cumbersome workflow is simplified and the work efficiency is improved.Besides,the fixed scoring in the quality control module also avoids artificial scoring errors,and achieves information-based means to supervise the quality of medical records and effectively improve the quality of medical records management.
