基于药理作用的马钱子七情配伍规律研究

摘　　要：马钱子性味功效明确,临证应用疗效突出,因其毒性大制约了药用价值,为了安全高效应用于临床,可通过配伍达到增效减毒目的。尽管马钱子现代药理研究及化学成分确切,但缺乏规范化配伍模式,本文通过挖掘分析常用对药应用情况,遴选出16味与马钱子最具中药七情配伍特征的中药:活血药乳香、没药、苏木,解表药麻黄、生姜,平肝息风药全蝎、地龙、僵蚕,补血药当归,泻下药大黄,清热凉血药生地、赤芍,补虚药甘草、白术、肉桂、麻油,分析七情配伍应用机制发现抗炎、镇痛、止痉、抗凝、抗血栓、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、减毒效果理想,且存在最佳配伍比例功效最大化的特点,可见药理作用效应下的靶向作用有利于拓展临床遣药组方思维,能够客观呈现七情配伍的安全合理高效性及科学实践性。Strychni has certain effect,clear characteristic and flavor in TCM.Its clinical application has prominent curative effect,but its high toxicity greatly restricts its medicinal value.In order to be safely and efficiently applied in clinical practice,the compatibility can be used to enhance the effect and reduce toxicity.Although the modern pharmacological research and chemical composition of strychnine is exact,there is a lack of standardized compatibility model.In this paper,by mining and analyzing the application of commonly used drugs,16 traditional Chinese herbs which had the most obvious characteristics of Qiqing compatibility with Strychni were selected:Huoxue drugs such as frankincense,myrrh,sappan wood,Jiebiao drugs such as ephedra and ginger,Pingganxifeng drugs such as scorpio,lumbricus and batryticated silkworm,Buxue drug angelica,Xiexia drug rhubarb,Qingreliangxue drugs such as radix rehmanniae and radix paeoniae rubra,Buxu drugs such as licorice,atractylodes,cinnamon and sesame oil.The Qiqing compatibility was analyzed and the anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antispasmodic,anticoagulant,antithrombotic,anti-tumor,immune regulation,attenuated effect were discovered.The results showed the effect maximization was achieved under the best compatibility proportion,which suggested that targeting under the pharmacological action mechanism was beneficial to develop clinical medicine formula,also achieve safe and high efficacy compatibility with scientific practice.
