摘　　要：构建开放共享的地质资料社会化服务新格局是服务支撑自然资源管理履行“两统一”职责的必然要求。本文基于上海地质资料信息共享平台建设工作实践,系统阐述平台运行管理机制、服务机制和保障机制等长效运维机制及其模式,为城市地质资料社会化服务体系构建提供有益借鉴。Constructing a new pattern of open and shared geological data as a socialized service is required to support natural resource management and to fulfill the responsibility of“two unifications”.Based on the construction practice of the Shanghai geological data information-sharing platform,this study systematically introduces the construction of long-term operation and maintenance mechanisms,such as platform operation management,service,and security mechanisms,which provide a useful reference for the construction of a social service system for urban geological data.
