温疫病截断疗法的意义及对新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的启示  

Significance of Truncation Therapy for the Plague Diseases and Implications for the Treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)

摘　　要：截断疗法即在温疫病的治疗上主张早逐客邪、重视下法以防止疾病传变。截断疗法结合了金元时期的"温病下不嫌早"、明清温病学家的"早逐客邪,重视下法"等理论,其概念及理论于近代得以明确建立,其思想源于《黄帝内经》治未病理论,而其方药应用受启于张仲景攻下之法。新型冠状病毒肺炎属疫病,易传变,结合温疫病截断疗法内涵思想,针对相关诊疗方案中中医药的治疗方案进行分析,提出在新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗上除要关注宣达膜原的治疗外,更应重视泄下驱邪、先证而治的方法,且泄下驱邪不必拘于粪结,以尽早截断病情发展,减少轻症向重症的转化,提高生存率、降低死亡率。Truncation therapy in the treatment of plague disease advocates early expulsion of external pathogen,attaching importance to the purgative method to contain the transmission of the disease.Truncation therapy combined with the theory of"never being too early to use purgative method"in Jin-Yuan and Ming-Qing Dynasties,the idea of which came from the theory of"curing disease before it arises"in Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor,and the application of the formula was inspired by ZHANG Zhongjing's purgative method.Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is an plague disease easy to spread and change.Combined with connotation of truncation therapy of plague disease,analyzing related treatment schemes by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the author proposes that in the treatment of COVID-19,we should focus on the method of draining the exorcism and dialectical before treatment in addition to the treatment for dispersing Moyuan.Purgative method to dispel pathogen is not confined to the dung knot to expel pathogen,to contain the illness development as soon as possible,to reduce the conversion of mild cases to severe cases,and to improve survival rate and reduce mortality.
