摘  要:由于为300kt/a乙二醇项目配套的3×220t/h高压流化床锅炉烟气脱硫装置排放烟气无法满足环保排放指标要求,且该装置无法实现长周期连续运转,采用单塔多区循环技术对高硫烟气氨法脱硫装置进行了升级改造。介绍了该改造项目的工艺原理、技术特点、应用情况,并对建成后的装置进行了综合效益分析。改造实施后,装置运行稳定,排放的烟气达到了超低排放指标要求,副产品硫酸铵质量合格,达到了改造目的。Because the flue gas emitted from the flue gas desulfurization unit of 3×220 t/h high-pressure fluidized bed boiler supporting 300 kt/a glycol project cannot meet the environmental protection emission index requirements and the unit cannot achieve long-term continuous operation,the single tower multi-zone circulation technology is used to upgrade and revamp the high-sulfur flue gas ammonia desulfurization unit.The process principle,technical characteristics and application situation of the revamp project are introduced,and the comprehensive benefit analysis of the completed unit is carried out.After the implementation of the revamp,the operation of the unit is stable,and the emitted flue gas meets the requirements of ultra-low emission indicators,the quality of the by-product ammonium sulfate is qualified,and the transformation purpose is achieved.
