摘　　要：因燃用煤种偏离设计煤种,220t/h无烟煤锅炉在实际运行过程中存在燃烧不稳定、频繁灭火、灰渣残碳含量偏高等问题。通过在锅炉燃烧器向火侧和背火侧敷设卫燃带,使锅炉燃烧稳定性大幅提高且未出现明显的结焦现象,因燃烧不稳定发生灭火的问题得到彻底解决。The 220 t/h anthracite boiler deviates from the designed coal type due to the burning coal type.During the actual operation,there are problems Due to the deviation of burning coal type from design coal type,there are some problems in the actual operation of 220 t/h anthracite boiler,such as unstable combustion,frequent fire extinguishing,and high residual carbon content in the ash.By laying refractory belts on the fire side and back fire side of the boiler burner,the combustion stability of the boiler is greatly improved without obvious coking,and the problem of flameout due to unstable combustion is completely solved.
