摘  要:随着国家对锅炉大气污染物排放标准的逐步提高,对燃煤锅炉实施了脱硝改造,但低温省煤器频繁出现泄漏。通过对泄漏原因的分析,对低温省煤器和吹灰系统实施了技术改造,低温省煤器的泄漏次数明显减少,在排放烟气满足国家对锅炉大气污染物排放标准要求的同时,也提高了锅炉热效率。With the gradual tightening of national emission standards for air pollutants from boilers,the denitrification renovation has been implemented on coal-fired boiler,but low-temperature economizer frequently leaks.Through analysis of the causes of leakage,the low-temperature economizer and sootblowing system have been technically reformed,which has significantly reduced the number of low-temperature economizer leakages.While the flue gas emission meets the requirements of national standard for boiler air pollutants emission,the boiler thermal efficiency has also increased.
