摘　　要：烧结矿筛分指数是衡量烧结矿质量的主要指标之一。型钢炼铁厂针对烧结矿筛分指数低的问题通过一系列工艺管控、优化及设备改进,在利用系数提升的前提下,烧结矿筛分指数稳步降低,筛分指数年均值由2018年的4.76%降低到2019年的4.24%。The screening index of sinter is one of main indexes to measure the quality of sinter.In view of the low screening index,through a series of process control and optimization,equipment improvement,under the premise of improving utilization coefficient,the screening index of sinter was steadily reduced,and the annual average screening index was reduced from 4.76%in 2018 to 4.24%in 2019.
