摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定骨折挫伤胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A、大黄酚、大黄素、11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸的含量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax Bonus-RP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈和体积分数0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;柱温为35℃;流速1.0 mL·min-1;羟基红花黄色素A、大黄酚和大黄素检测波长为428 nm,11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸检测波长为248 nm;进样量10μL。结果羟基红花黄色素A、大黄酚、大黄素、11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸检测质量的线性范围分别为0.006 0~0.238 6、0.001 0~0.041 7、0.001 0~0.040 3、0.004 1~0.164 6μg(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为99.7%、98.7%、97.4%、99.8%(RSD<2.0%,n=6)。结论本研究可用于骨折挫伤胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method to determine the contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A,chrysophanol,emodin,and acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid in Guzhecuoshang Capsules by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The analysis was carried out by HPLC,using an Agilent Zorbax Bonus-RP C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile(A)-0.2% phosphoric acid(B) with a flow at 1.0 mL·min-1 for gradient elution;The detection wavelength was set at 428 nm for hydroxysafflor yellow A,chrysophanol,emodin and 248 nm for acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid.Results Hydroxysafflor yellow A,chrysophanol,emodin and acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.006 0-0.238 6 μg,0.001 0-0.041 7 μg,0.001 0-0.040 3 μg,0.004 1-0.164 6 μg(r=0.999 9),average recovery were 99.7%,98.7%,97.4%,99.8%(RSD<2.0%,n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Guzhecuoshang Capsules.
