摘　　要：目的探讨我院基于静脉用药集中调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)审方平台构建抗菌药物审核管控体系的方法与意义,为医疗机构制定抗菌药物管理措施提供参考。方法为响应《遏制细菌耐药国家行动计划(2016—2020年)》,使抗菌药物临床使用得到有效管控,我院结合实际抗菌药物使用和管理情况,加强了处方审核干预力度。结果构建了PIVAS抗菌药物审核管控体系,主要包括四个方面:制定抗菌药物审方标准,升级PIVAS系统,加强临床科室管理,抗菌药物使用的反馈改进,实现了抗菌药物闭环审核管控。结论增强了医院合理使用抗菌药物的意识,还明显提升了临床医师与审方药师之间的相互满意度,为提高抗菌药物科学化管理水平发挥了积极的作用。Objective To explore the method and significance of establishing review system of antibacterial use based on Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS) in a hospital,and provide reference for medical institutions to formulate antibacteria agents management.Methods In response to the National Action Plan against Bacterial Resistance(2016-2020),to control the clinical use of antibiotics effectively,the intervention of prescription review was strengthened,combining with the actual use and management of antibacterial drugs in our hospital.Results The audit and control system for antibacterial agents was established,including four main aspects:formulating standards for the audit of antimicrobial drugs,upgrading the PIVAS system,strengthening the management of clinical departments,and improving the feedback on the use of antibacterial agents,which realized the closed-loop audit and control of antibacterial agents.Discussion The awareness of rational use of antibacterial has been enhanced,and the mutual satisfaction between clinicians and pharmacists was also significantly improved by this system.Therefore,it has played a positive role in the scientific management of antibacterial drugs.
