洛溪大桥拓宽工程主桥桩基泥浆护壁工艺应用研究

摘　　要：泥浆护壁工艺是保障钻孔灌注桩成孔质量的重要手段。本文以洛溪大桥拓宽项目新建主桥桩基施工为例,介绍了复杂地层中大直径变截面钻孔灌注桩施工的泥浆配制与循环系统。工程应用表明,该泥浆护壁工艺可有效提高灌注桩成孔质量,大幅缩短工期,降低施工成本,为其他类似桩基工程的施工提供了一定的参考。Mud wall protection is an important factor affecting the quality of bored pile.This article,through the actual case of pile foundation construction of Luoxi bridge widening project,introduces the mud preparation methods and mud circulating system of large diameter bored pile construction with variable cross-section in complex formation.The engineering application shows that this kind of mud wall protection technology can effectively improve the quality of bored pile,shorten the construction period,reduce construction cost.It can provides some reference for other similar pile foundation construction.
