摘 要:为揭示取心过程中取心管管壁与煤层摩擦引起的温度变化,研究真实取心过程煤心瓦斯扩散规律,进行了取心管取心过程管壁温度现场测试和不同条件下取心管取心过程瓦斯扩散规律模拟测试。结果表明:取心过程温度变化主要分为缓慢升温阶段、快速升温阶段和缓慢降温阶段。取心管煤心瓦斯扩散规律模拟测试共设置3组模拟试验:同一煤心瓦斯压力下,恒定环境温度中煤心瓦斯解吸量小于取心管取心过程中解吸量;在同一煤心瓦斯压力和管壁升温速率条件下,取心深度越大,煤心瓦斯解吸量越大,不同取心深度的煤心瓦斯累计解吸量区别较小影响瓦斯损失量的主要因素是时间;在同一煤心瓦斯压力和取心深度条件下,煤心瓦斯解吸量随管壁升温速率的升高而增大。在进行煤层瓦斯含量现场测定时,应尽可能降低煤心温度、减小取心时间,从而抑制瓦斯含量的损失,提高瓦斯含量测定的准确性。To reveal the temperature change caused by friction between the wall of coring tube and coal seam during coring process,and to study the gas diffusion law of coal core during real coring process,the temperature field test of the wall of coring tube during coring process and the simulation test of gas diffusion law during coring tube under different conditions are carried out in this paper.The results show that the temperature changes in coring process are mainly divided into slow heating stage,fast heating stage and slow cooling stage.Three groups of simulation tests were set up for simulating the gas diffusion law in the core of the coring tube:under the same gas pressure,the desorption amount of gas in the core is less than that in the coring process at the constant ambient temperature;under the same gas pressure and the heating rate of the tube wall,the greater the coring depth,the greater the desorption amount of gas in the core.The main factor affecting the gas loss is time.Under the same core gas pressure and core depth,the gas desorption capacity increases with the increase of wall temperature rising rate.In the field measurement of gas content in coal seam,the temperature of coal core should be lowered as much as possible and the coring time should be reduced,so as to restrain the loss of gas content and improve the accuracy of gas content determination.
