摘　　要：设计一种用于煤矿井下的电磁起动器及照明信号综合保护器。保护器基于STM32及其内部数模转换模块实时获取被保护设备的运行状态,能够同时保护煤矿井下电机、照明以及信号系统。保护器具有电机主回路、照明回路以及信号回路的过载、短路、欠压、过压、断相、三相不平衡、绝缘危险指示、漏电闭锁、风电瓦斯闭锁、故障记忆等功能。并具有检测准确度高、抗干扰能力强、响应速度快、操作方便、维护成本低等特点。An integrated protector of electromagnetic starter and lighting signal is designed for underground coal mine in this paper.Based on the STM32 microcontroller and its internal digital-to-analog conversion module,the protector can obtain the real-time operating status of the protected equipment,and protect the electric motor,lighting and signal system of underground coal mine at the same time.The protector has multiple functions including the leakage lockout,excessive gas concentration lock in the wind power circuit,failure information storage,the danger indication of overload,short circuit,under-voltage,over-voltage,phase failure,three-phase imbalance and insulation,etc.Moreover,the protector has the advantages of high detection accuracy,strong anti-interference ability,fast response speed,convenient operation and low maintenance cost.
