摘 要:企业开展技能培训是提升员工安全素质和安全管理水平的重要措施之一,培训过程中也同样存在安全风险。为了提升管理水平,采用标准化、规范化的手段解决煤矿企业培训过程中培训质量问题,同时填补质量管理体系中培训安全管理部分内容的空缺。应用六西格玛理论,以安全培训流程作为研究对象,分别从组织体系、培训体系、评价体系、监督体系、管理体系5个方面构建培训安全质量管理体系标准化结构及其建设内涵。为加强煤矿安全培训质量标准化建设,提升煤炭行业培训安全质量和培训效能研究提供理论参考依据。Training in coal mining enterprises is one of the important measures to improve the safety quality of employees and improve the level of safety management,and there are also safety risks in the training process.In order to improve the management level,standardized and normalized means are adopted to solve the problem of safety and quality of training in the training process of coal mining enterprises,and to fill the gap in the part of safety management training in the quality management system.By applying the six-sigma theory and taking the safety training process as the research object,the standardized structure and connotation of the training safety and quality management system are constructed from five aspects,namely,the organizational system,the training system,the evaluation system,the supervision system and the management system.It provides a theoretical reference for strengthening the standardization construction of coal mine safety training quality and improving the research of coal industry training safety quality and training efficiency.
