抗肿瘤药物医嘱审核及不合理情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析湖南省肿瘤医院抗肿瘤药物医嘱审核及不合理情况,促进抗肿瘤药物静脉用药的合理使用。方法对该院静脉药物配置中心2019年5-10月信息系统中抗肿瘤药物医嘱89746条进行合理性点评分析。结果89746条医嘱中不合理医嘱373条占0.416%,不合理医嘱主要表现为适应证不适宜、给药顺序不合理、未进行预处理或预处理方案不正确、溶媒种类选择或溶媒量不合理、给药剂量不正确等。结论静脉药物配置中心在促进抗肿瘤药物合理使用方面发挥重要作用,对提高临床用药安全性及有效性至关重要。Objective To analyze the review and unreasonable conditions of antitumor drugs in Hunan cancer hospital,and promote the rational use of antitumor drugs intravenously.Methods Analyzed the reasonableness of 89746 anticancer drug orders in the information system of the intravenous drug allocation center of a hospital from May to October 2019.Results Of the 89746 doctor orders,373 were unreasonable doctor orders,accounting for 0.416%.Irrational medical orders mainly included inappropriate indications,unreasonable dosing order,incorrect pretreatment or pretreatment scheme,incorrect choice of solvent type or amount of solvent,and incorrect dosage.Conclusion The intravenous drug allocation center plays an important role in promoting the rational use of anti-tumor drugs,which is crucial to improving the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
