摘  要:采用线-筒式反应器研究了脉冲放电协同掺杂不同Co、Ni、Sr、Ce元素的La MnO3复合钙钛矿型催化剂对NOx脱除率的影响,利用XRD、SEM、BET技术对催化剂进行微观结构表征。结果表明,螺纹棒电极去除NOx的效果较好;对掺杂Ni、Co元素的La Mn0. 7Fe0. 3O3催化剂,掺杂Ni的催化剂去除NOx的效果优于掺杂Co的催化剂;La Mn0. 5Ni0. 2Fe0. 3O3催化剂A位掺杂比例为0. 3的Sr所制备的催化剂对NO转化率的效果最好,达92. 81%;A位掺杂比例0. 2的Ce所制备的催化剂对NOx去除效果最好,达81. 31%。The paper is devoted to the development of a selfmade wire-tube pulsed discharge reactor with the perovskite catalyst nitrogen oxide in the atmospheric pollutant condition.For the said purpose,we have managed to apply the technology of the pulse discharge synergistic catalyst to reduce the emission of the nitrogen oxide,which can bring about harmful damage to the human health and the surrounding environments.Therefore,to reduce the pollutants of the nitrogen oxides,we would like to study on how to reduce the effect of the electrode configuration on the pulse discharge energy and the rate of NO conversion,under the aerobic and anaerobic conditions of NO2 production and NOxremoval with a kind of our own self-made wire-tube pulsed discharge reactor with the perovskite catalysts.At the same time,a series of catalysts has been prepared by using LaMnO3 perovskite as a catalyst with Fe,Co,Ni,Sr,Ce doped with some other chemicals.By changing the content ratio between the elements,it has also been made possible for us to change the roasting temperature of the catalysts,and those of the citric acid and NOxgas with a certain content rate of the catalyst in the reactor.Thus,we have also traced and determined the effects of NO conversion,the NO2 production and the NOxremoval efficiency so as to improve the removal rate of nitrogen oxides and reduce the energy consumption,as well as to control the by-product outputs.Besides,we have also identified and characterized the microscopic structure of the catalyst by the XRD,SEM,and BET technological approaches.The results of our above tests and experiments indicate that the grooved rod electrode is in a position to exhibit better NOxremoval power while the removal effect of NOxby the catalyst can further be doped with Ni,which can thus be made improved as to be better than that doped with mere Co.Furthermore,the catalyst prepared by A-site doped with La Mn0.5Ni0.2Fe0.3O3 catalyst with Sr at the ratio of 0.3 NO possessed also helps to display the best conversion efficiency,that is,as
