家庭养老功能弱化了吗?——基于经济与服务的双重考察

摘　　要：当前学界盛行的家庭养老功能弱化论在理论和实践上存在严重的误区,虽有少数学者提出质疑,但并没有解释家庭养老功能如何变化。基于"分离-整合"视角,本文将家庭养老功能分为经济供养和服务提供两个维度,利用统计数据和调查资料,深入剖析经济供养和服务提供功能变化。研究表明,服务提供功能普遍弱化,经济供养功能呈强化和弱化分化趋势。整合经济、服务功能,发现部分家庭经济供养功能强化而服务提供功能弱化,部分家庭经济供养和服务提供功能均弱化。家庭养老功能分化理论,对重新审视家庭养老研究、修复提升家庭养老功能及明确养老主体责任分担等具有重要的理论和实践价值。The prevalent view in current academic circles holds that the family’s role in elderly care is weakened is inaccurate in both theory and practice.Although a few scholars have raised doubts,none of them have explained how the family’s role in elderly care has changed.From the perspective of separation and integration",this paper classifies the family role of elderly care into two dimensions,namely,financial support and service provision,and then conducts an in-depth analysis of the roles’changes using statistical and survey data.The result shows that the role in service delivery is generally weakened,while the function of economic support has trends of both strengthening and weakening.By integrating roles in both financial support and service delivery,this paper finds that some families’role is strengthened in financial support but weakened in service delivery,while both roles in some families are weakened.The paper puts forward the theory of the family’s differential roles in eldercare,which has important theoretical and practical value for re-examining relevant research,recovering and improving the family’s function in elderly care,and clarifying the sharing of responsibility between stakeholders in this field.
