摘 要:目的分析七叶皂苷钠致肾功能损害的临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法通过检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)和Medline、Pubmed、Springer数据库,收集七叶皂苷钠相关肾功能损害案例报道,并对患者性别、年龄、肾功能损害发生时间、临床表现、治疗及预后等进行统计分析。结果七叶皂苷钠致肾功能损害患者6例,主要见于药物超量和疗程较长者,大部分发生于用药后3~14 d,病情后果较严重。结论七叶皂苷钠单独或合并使用均有可能导致肾损伤,尤其是在超量使用、疗程较长(> 3 d)时更容易发生,故在使用应加强肝肾功能检查及用药监护,早期发现其不良反应并给予对症治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of renal impairment caused by sodium aescinate and to provide a reference for safety and rationality of clinical medication.Methods CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,Medline,PubMed and Springer databases were searched for renal impairment induced by sodium aescinate,and the collected informations correlation to sodium aescinate,such as patients;gender,age,the time,clinical manifestation,treatment and prognosis of the kidney damage were analyzed.Results Totally 6 patients with renal impairment after cured by sodium aescinate were collected,mainly happend on the patients who had excess and the long course medication,most of them occurred 3 to 14 days after medication,and the condition was more serious,once happened,the adverse reactions(ADR)were severe.Conclusion Sodium aescinate alone or combined use may lead to kidney damage,especially in excessive use,the long course(>3 d),so the monitoring of the function of liver and kidney and supervision should be strengthened in the course of medication,in order to early detect its adverse reactions and give symptomatic treatment.
