摘　　要：预分支底盘电气CAN(控制器局域网络)总线系统线束是大型运输车控制与供电系统的主要组成部分,是整个运输车系统所需的重要器件,在整个装备系统中起信号传输、供电传输、控制等作用。为了改进现有产品主要依靠在插头处进行密封防水并且安装敷设较为凌乱复杂等缺陷,通过对产品结构的优化开发了一种新型预分支底盘电气CAN总线系统线束。该线束具有抗强电磁干扰、整套线束整体防水且整齐统一的特点,便于安装和检测,产品的使用寿命更长,稳定性更好。The pre-branched harness for chassis electrical controller area network(CAN)bus system is the main part of the control and power supply system of the large-scale transport vehicle,and it is an important component of the whole transport vehicle system,which plays the role of signal transmission,power supply transmission,control,etc.in the whole equipment system.In order to improve the existing products,which mainly rely on the sealing and waterproof at the plug,and the installation and laying are messy and complex,a new type of pre-branched harness for chassis electrical CAN bus system is developed by optimizing the product structure.The cable harness has the characteristics of anti strong electromagnetic interference,and is overall waterproof,neat and unified,which is convenient for installation and detection,longer service life and better stability of the product.
