摘　　要：氟塑料因其优异的机械性能、耐腐蚀性、耐高低温性及良好的电气性能广泛应用于电线电缆的生产中。为了满足氟塑料绝缘电缆制造商的需求,开发了氟塑料绝缘高速挤出生产线。对该生产线的关键设备配置及重要工艺控制进行了详细介绍。该生产线的生产速度最高可达500m/min,且生产的氟塑料绝缘外径波动小,可控制在±0.005mm范围内。Fluoroplastics are widely used in the production of wires and cables due to their excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,high and low temperature resistance and good electrical properties.In order to meet the needs of fluoroplastic insulated cable manufacturers,a high-speed extrusion line for fluoroplastics insulation is developed.The key equipment configuration and important process control of the production line are introduced in detail.The production speed of the production line can reach up to 500 m/min,and the outer diameter fluctuation range of the fluoroplastic insulation can be controlled within±0.005 mm.
