摘 要:针对我国人口分布呈现集中化趋势,各大城市轨道交通发展如火如荼的情况,迫切需求一种经济高效的地铁隧道健康检测技术。现阶段,移动式激光扫描凭借其优越的性能,广泛应用于隧道检测。该文介绍了一种设备简单、价格低廉,但获得隧道成果丰富的移动激光检测系统。首先,介绍了系统的硬件组成及其控制软件;其次,阐明了隧道点云的恢复原理;接着,对隧道点云进行处理,可完成收敛计算、环片整体变形分析、管片转角与错台及隧道渗漏水等病害筛查;最后,总结了该系统功能,验证了系统的可靠性与准确性。Aiming at the situation that the population distribution has become a trend of concentration,and the development of rail transit in major cities is in full swing with the pace of urbanization in China.There is an urgent need for a cost-effective technology to protect the safety of metro tunnel.Because of the superior performance of the mobile laser scanning system,it is widely used in the inspection of metro tunnel.This paper introduced a mobile laser detection system with simple equipment and low price,but with various results which can be used to demonstrate the situation of the tunnel.First of a ll,this paper introduced the hardware components of the system and its control software.Second,it clarified the recovery principle of tunnel point clouds.Next,the tunnel point clouds were analyzed which can complete the convergence calculation,the overall deformation analysis of the ring,the corner of the segment and the wrong platform and the leakage of the tunnel and so on.Finally,this paper summarized the function of the system and verified the reliability and accuracy of the system.
