新时代高校图书馆的学术功能定位探析

摘　　要：在信息化、网络化和电子化不断发展的新时代,高校图书馆面临严峻挑战,其学术功能定位尚未得到充分讨论,有待深入研究。本文结合近年来图书馆改革发展的实践,对高校图书馆的学术功能或学术价值进行探讨,认为新时代高校图书馆是集学术文献收藏与服务中心、学术文献研究与服务中心、学术数据集成与应用中心、信息素养教育与发展中心和优秀文化传承与创新中心为一体的公共学术服务机构。高校图书馆围绕上述"五个中心"的学术定位,以新的姿态、新的方式和新的贡献,主动融入学校教学科研主渠道,一定大有作为并有望重归大学的心脏地?位。In the new era of information,network and electronic development,university libraries are facing severe challenges,and their academic function has not been fully discussed,which needs further study.Based on the practice of library reform and development in recent years,this paper discusses the academic function or academic value of university library,and holds that university library in the new era is a public academic service institution integrating academic literature collection and service,academic research and service,academic data integration and application,information literacy education and development,as well as culture inheritance and innovation.Centering on the academic orientation of these five functions,the university library,with new attitude,new ways and new contributions,could actively integrate into the academic teaching and scientific research of the university,and make great achievements.
