摘　　要：目的:通过构建标准化医联体模式下母乳喂养管理方案,从而提高婴儿出生6个月内母乳喂养及纯母乳喂养率。方法:于2018年10月至2019年3月,在苏州某医院,对98例产妇采用医联体模式下促进0~6个月纯母乳喂养行为的管理方案,通过制订标准化母乳喂养延续护理服务交接单,结合对医院-社区建立规范培训和监控管理网络,规范医联体对纯母乳喂养行为的管理过程,将其效果与干预前常规干预方式相比较。结果:实施医联体模式下母乳喂养管理方案后,产妇的母乳喂养知识得分[(7.23±0.77)分vs(6.98±0.76)分]、纯母乳喂养率(51.0%vs 34.3%)、访视满意度[(22.86±3.59)分vs(21.37±2.75)分]及母乳喂养效能[(55.33±4.68)分vs(54.21±2.91)分]都优于实施前,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医联体模式下母乳喂养管理方案可以有效提高母乳喂养效能感和0~6个月纯母乳喂养率。Objective:To establish a standard support and management mode of breastfeeding under the background of medical consortium to improve the rates of breastfeeding within the first six months after children's birth.Methods:Totally 98 mothers were recruited to the experiment group to receive support and management under the background of the medical consortium to promote breastfeeding within the first 6 months after children's birth through developing a transfer sheet of continuous caring for standard breastfeeding and setting up standard training process and supervising network combining both hospitals and communities to help normalize the management over breastfeeding by the medical consortium.And then the effect of the support and management mode on the breastfeeding rates would be compared with that of the previous routine care offered to the control group.Results:After the implementation of the mode under the background of the medical consortium,exclusive breastfeeding rate(51.0%vs 34.3%),satisfaction of home visits[(22.86±3.59)vs(21.37±2.75)]as well as scores of mothers'breastfeeding knowledge[(7.23±0.77)vs(6.98±0.76)]and the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale(BSES)[(55.33±4.68)vs(54.21±2.91)]were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The breastfeeding management under the background of medical consortium can effectively improve the efficacy of breastfeeding and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding within the first 6 months after children's birth.
