摘 要:针对目前我国部分钢企由于现有工艺装备投产较早、技术落后、机组能力不足,只能采取中间退火+二轧程工艺生产0.12~0.15mm薄规格冷轧产品,生产成本增加、周转周期长,不能灵活应对复杂多变的冷轧市场需求的状况,开发了普碳钢单轧程可以实现95%以上超大总压下量的单机架六辊可逆冷轧机组。结合国内新投产的某1150mm单机架六辊可逆冷轧机组的稳定规模化生产实践,阐述了机组工艺设备选型、主要工艺技术参数配置和生产需解决的核心关键技术难点,同时列举了几种市场需求量大、附加值高的薄规格冷轧产品的现场实际生产工艺参数,以说明该机组的实际应用效果。In view of the fact that the equipment and technology commission early,technology backward and unit capacity insufficient of some enterprises in China,they can only adopt the intermediate annealing+two rolling schedules to produce cold rolled products with thin gauge of 0.12mm to 0.15mm.The production process costs increase and turnover cycle is long,and it can not flexibly respond to the complex and changing requirements of the cold rolling market.Therefore,a single-stand six-high reversible cold rolling unit with a single rolling reduction achieved over 95%was developed for carbon steel strip.Based on the latest stable and large-scale production practice of a 1150mm single-stand six-high RCM in China,the core technology difficulties of the process equipment selection,main process technical parameter configuration and key production difficulties need to be solved were described.Meanwhile,actual production process parameters of several types of market demanded and with high additional value products were put forward to explain the practical application effect of the unit.
