四妙丸加味联合洛索洛芬钠治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨四妙丸加味联合洛索洛芬钠治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月辽宁中医药大学附属医院风湿免疫康复科收治的88例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组予以洛索洛芬纳治疗,观察组在洛索洛芬纳治疗基础上采用四妙丸加味治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、实验室指标[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿酸(UA)]、健康评估问卷(HAQ)评分、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗有效率为72.7%,明显高于对照组的47.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分、CRP、ESR、UA、HAQ评分及中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四妙丸加味联合洛索洛芬钠治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎疗效确切,患者症状、体征及各指标明显改善,生命质量明显提高,优于单纯洛索洛芬钠治疗。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Simiao Pills combined with loxoprofen sodium in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp heat accumulation.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute gouty arthritis from December 2018 to December 2019 in Rheumatology and Immunology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in 2 groups.The control group was treated with Lo Solo Fenner,and the observation group was treated with Simiao Pills based on the treatment of Lo Solo Fenner.Clinical efficacy,the visual analog VAS score,laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP,UA),quality of life score(HAQ score),TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 47.7%lower than that of the observation group(72.7%)(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score,CRP,ESR,UA level,HAQ score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Simiao Pills combined with loxoprofen sodium in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp heat accumulation is definite;the symptoms,signs and indexes of the patients are obviously improved,and the quality of life is obviously improved,which is better than that of loxoprofen sodium alone.
