摘  要:目的探讨复方降压片联合依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血清人单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法将2016年5月至2019年1月辽宁省锦州市义县人民医院收治的H型高血压患者120例依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。两组均接受常规降压治疗,对照组采用依那普利叶酸片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方降压片进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、MCP-1以及MMP-9。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(91.67%)较对照组(73.33%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后NO、ET-1水平下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、Hcy、MCP-1以及MMP-9降低,与对照组比较,观察组下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于H型高血压患者采用依那普利叶酸片联合复方降压片治疗临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者血管内皮功能,且降低血清细胞因子水平。Objective To study the effects of compound antihypertensive tablets combined with enalapril folic acid on serum levels of human monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with H-type hypertension admitted to Yixian People’s Hospital of Jinzhou City from May 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine antihypertensive therapy.The control group was treated with enalapril folic acid,and the observation group was treated with compound antihypertensive tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,nitric oside(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),Hcy,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),MCP-1 and MMP-9 were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the patients in the observation group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of NO,ET-1 in the 2 groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of Hs-CRP,Hcy,MCP-1 and MMP-9 in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the decrease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with H-type hypertension,Enalapril folic acid combined with compound antihypertensive tablets has significant clinical effects,which can effectively improve patients’vascular endothelial function and reduce serum cytokine levels.
