摘  要:为了弄清环境酸碱条件对褐环粘盖牛肝菌[Suillus luteus(L.:Fr.)Gray]生长与营养状况的影响,研究了pH对褐环粘盖牛肝菌生长量及元素含量的影响。结果表明:在培养pH为6.0左右的条件下,其生长代谢活动引起培养基pH变化量最大;在pH4.5和6.0条件下,生物量出现两个峰值。钠、镁、钙和锰在pH大于6.5的条件下元素含量会随着pH的升高不断变大;钼和锌分别在pH6.0和8.0左右条件下达到峰值,pH进一步增高含量下降;磷在pH为6.5-7.0条件下含量最低,pH大于7.0含量随pH变大上升;钾的含量随pH变大波动上升。In order to explore the growth and nutrition status of the Suillus luteus,this experiment has investigated the effect of environment pH on the biomass and elemental content in the mycelium of S.luteus.The result shows that:It has the highest change when the origin culture pH is at about 6.0.The biomass has two peaks when the culture pH is at 4.5 or 6.0 respectively.The content of sodium,magnesium,calcium and manganese increase with the increase of pH when the culture pH is greater than 6.5.The content of molybdenum and zinc elements has a peak at pH 6.0 and 8.0 respectively,and t decrease with the pH increase additionally;Phosphorus has the lowest content in pH 6.5~7.0,and then the content increases with pH increasing;The content of potassium increases irregularly as the pH becomes larger.
