摘 要:近年,我国高速铁路通车里程不断增加,高铁路基相对桥隧来说,工艺简单、造价低廉,在实际应用中占比愈来愈大.路基是一条带状结构工程,沿线地质条件差别较大,如果基底存在高压缩性软土或其他不利夹层,勘察、设计、施工中未发现,高铁建成联调联试或运营阶段,在列车动荷载作用下,造成路基整体不均匀下沉的病害发生.本文以某高铁软土路基不均匀沉降病害整治为例,介绍袖阀管注浆施工工艺以及轨道变形控制方法.In recent years,the mileage of China*s high-speed railway has been increasing.Compared with the bridge and tunnel,the high-speed railway subgrade has the advantages of simple technology and low cost,the proportion of subgrade in actual application is getting larger and larger.Subgrade is a banded structure engineering,and the geological conditions along the subgrade is quite different.If there are high compressibility soft soil or other unfavorable interbeds in the base,the problems have not been found in the survey,design and construction,the disease of overall uneven settlement for subgrade will be caused under the dynamic load of the train during the joint debugging or operating stage of the high-speed railway.In light of the uneven settlement of a high-speed railway soft soil subgrade,the construction technology of sleeve valve tube grouting and the method of track deformation control were introduced in this paper.
