摘　　要：结合亲临湖北省中西医结合医院所收治的新冠肺炎的临床实践,认为新型冠状病毒肺炎符合中医"温病-疫病"范畴,疫气作为自然界的一种特殊物质,侵袭人体致病后成为疫邪,疫邪的感邪途径为从口鼻而入,伏于里,根据人体状态表现为温热病证或湿热病证,或者两者兼而有之,运用温病学卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证,临床效果满意。此外,救治过程中,还需注意辨痰水、辨郁、辨瘀和辨虚,辨肺与大肠。因此,温病学理论是指导新冠肺炎的辨证施治的理论依据,临床实践证明效果显著。According to the authors’clinical practice of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)treated in the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Hubei Province,it is believed that the COVID-19 is in line with the category of"epidemicfebrile disease-plague"in traditional Chinese medicine.The epidemic Qi is a special substance in nature.After invadingthe body,it becomes an epidemic evil.The epidemic evil can attack the body from the nose and can be latent inside the body.According to the state of the human body,it showed a epidemicfebrile syndrome or a damp febrile syndrome,or both.The clinical effect is satisfactory with the Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood syndrome differentiation and triple-Jiao syndrome differentiation.In addition,we should pay attention todistinguishing phlegm,stagnation,stasisand deficiency as well as distinguishing lung and large intestine during the treatment.Therefore,the theory of epidemicfebrile disease is the theoretical basis to guide the differential treatments of COVID-19,and its clinical practice hasproved its effect.
