摘　　要：城乡一体化是经济社会发展到一定阶段的产物,也是城镇化发展的最高阶段和终极目标。道路客运是联系城乡的重要纽带,是统筹城乡发展的基础和前提。长期以来,由于城乡二元体制及一些历史性原因,郑州市城乡道路客运市场遗留了一些制约城乡道路客运协同发展的瓶颈问题。在我国统筹城乡发展的战略背景下,解决这些问题已刻不容缓。本文借用SWOT模型的分析思路,深入分析郑州市城乡道路客运的内、外部环境,借鉴国内外先进经验。提出郑州市近期及远期的发展目标和发展对策,为郑州市未来一个时期的全域公交协同发展指明方向,也为我国其他城市推进全域公交一体化提供借鉴。Urban and rural integration is the product of economic and social development to a certain stage,and also the highest stage and ultimate goal of urbanization development.Road passenger transport is an important link between urban and rural areas,and is the basis and premise of urban and rural development.For a long time,due to the urban-rural dual system and some historical reasons,the urban-rural road passenger transport market in Zhengzhou has left some bottlenecks restricting the coordinated development of urbanrural road passenger transport.Under the strategic background of balancing urban and rural development in China,it is urgent to solve these problems.In this paper,the SWOT model is used to analyze the internal and external environment of urban and rural road passenger transport in Zhengzhou,and the advanced experience at home and abroad is used for reference.The short-term and long-term development goals and development strategies of Zhengzhou are put forward,which will point out the direction for the coordinated development of global public transport in Zhengzhou in the future,and provide reference for other cities in China to promote the integration of global public transport.
