城市郊区新型城镇化建设的旅游经济效应特征——以重庆市璧山区为例

摘　　要：通过构建新型城镇化指标体系,得出壁山区新型城镇化综合发展指数,采用误差修正模型,揭示新型城镇化建设的旅游经济效应,得出以下结论:璧山区新型城镇化建设处于快速发展阶段,生态文明发展较为突出。璧山区旅游业发展与新型城镇化建设之间存在长期均衡关系;新型城镇化建设对旅游总收入变化的短期弹性稍低于长期弹性,表明新型城镇化建设对璧山区旅游业发展的持续影响更为显著;璧山区旅游经济与新型城镇化建设协调发展态势正以较快的速度走向正轨。持续推进大城市郊区在生态环境治理与保护、产业城郊融合、城乡一体化发展等方面的建设,是郊区新型城镇化与旅游经济良性互动发展的有效举措。This paper constructed an evaluation system for new-type urbanization which reflected the ecological concept.According to the system,the effects of Bishan new-type urbanization development were evaluated and analyzed.Through further analysis of the tourism economic effects of ecological town construction,this paper revealed the industrial economic effects characteristics of new-type urbanization development in similar regions.Conclusions are as follows:(1)New-type urbanization construction in Bishan is in a fast developing stage.There are some differences in the development process and speed of each subsystem.On the whole,the development of ecological civilization in Bishan is more prominent.(2)There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between tourism development and new-type urbanization development in Bishan.The short-term elasticity of new-type urbanization development to tourism revenue is slightly lower than long-term elasticity.It shows that the new-type urbanization development has more obvious influence on the development of the tourist industry in the Bishan.At the same time,the coordinated development of tourism and new-type urbanization in Bishan is moving to the right track at a relatively fast pace.(3)It is an effective measure for the benign interactive development of new-type urbanization and tourism economy in the suburbs to continuously promote the construction of ecological environment governance and protection,industry integration and urban-rural integration development.
