不同栽培容器对牡丹苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为了比较3年生紫斑牡丹在不同栽培容器中生长状况,筛选出在东北地区适宜牡丹苗生长的栽培容器。通过对牡丹苗在塑料花盆、无纺布美植袋、纱网种植袋、塑料种植筐4种不同栽培容器处理下的株高、冠幅、地下根长度、叶面积、复叶数量、枝条数量、叶绿素生长和生理指标变化进行观测,比较各个处理的差异。结果表明:无纺布美植袋处理下牡丹苗株高增长最显著,为17.44%,高于最低处理塑料花盆10.09%;纱网种植袋处理下牡丹苗冠幅增长最显著,比最低处理塑料花盆冠幅高12.2 cm;塑料种植筐处理下牡丹苗在分枝总数和新枝总长度上增长最快,分别为9.09%、33.95%;无纺布美植袋处理下牡丹苗复叶总数增长量高于最低处理6.44%,叶面积增长量高于最低处理4.90 cm^2;无纺布美植袋处理下牡丹苗地下根长度增长最显著,为29.80%,且增长速度最快,高于CK处理4.77%;无纺布美植袋处理下牡丹苗叶绿素含量比塑料花盆处理高0.315mg/g,比纱网种植袋处理高0.071mg/g,比塑料种植筐处理高0.045mg/g。综合得出无纺布美植袋表现最佳,可用作栽培容器栽植3年生牡丹苗,具有促进生长作用,推荐在东北地区使用。In order to compare the growth status of 3-year-old purple-spotted peonies under different cultivation containers, and to screen the cultivation containers suitable for the growth of peony seedlings in Northeast China. The method was used to compare the differences of the various treatments under the treatment of 4 different cultivation containers under the high, crown, underground root length, leaf area, number of re-leaf, number of branches, chlorophyll growth and physiological index changes under the peony seedlings in plastic flower pots, non-woven cloth planting bags, screen planting bags, plastic planting baskets. The results showed that the height growth of peony seedlings under the treatment of non-woven cloth planting bags was the most significant, at 17.44%, higher than the minimum treatment of plastic flower pots 10.09%;The most significant growth in peony seedling crown size than the lowest treatment plastic flower pots crown height 12.2 cm;The plastic planting basket treatment of peony seedlings in the total number of branches and the total length of new branches the fastest growth, respectively, 9.09%, 33.95%;Non-woven cloth planting bag treatment under the total number of peony seedlings compound leaves growth is higher than minimum treatment 6.44%, leaf area growth than minimum treatment 4.90 cm^2;Non-woven cloth plant bag treatment under the peony seedling underground root length growth was the most significant, 29.80%, and the fastest growth rate, higher than CK treatment 4.77%;and Non-woven cloth planting bag treatment peony seedling chlorophyll content than plastic flower pot treatment 0.315 mg/g, than screen planting bag treatment 0.071 mg/g, higher than plastic planting basket treatment 0.045 mg/g. It can be concluded that non-woven cloth plant bags perform best in 4 kinds of containers, can be used as cultivation containers to plant 3 years of raw peony seedlings, with the role of promoting their growth, recommended to be used in Northeast China.
