摘　　要：实施乡村振兴,产业是基础,人才是关键,科技是保障。本文以吉林农业科技学院加强科技服务平台建设,助力乡村振兴的研究与实践为例,阐述了新建应用型本科院校加强科技服务平台建设的作用和实效,为应用型本科院校助力乡村振兴提供可借鉴的经验。Rural revitalization is to be implemented, on the basis of the relevant industries, by the talents as the essential part of the project and with the insurance of science and technology. This paper explores the rural revitalization promoted by the Science and Technology Service Center of Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example of practice with a discussion on the functions and effects of the science and technology center of newly-built application-oriented universities, as well as an offer of relevant experience.
