高校基层团支部建设存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：在"全团抓学校"背景下,加强高校基层团支部建设,是共青团改革的应然追求,是破解"三个不像"、实现"三个回归"的关键所在。通过探析高校基层团支部建设的意义,结合当前高校基层团支部建设的实际,分析出团员教育失位、班团职责乱位、组织生活错位、党团共建缺位四个方面的问题,并有针对性地提出加强理论武装、筑牢思想根基,强化共同体意识、发挥聚合优势,激发内生动力、推进品牌建设,厚植党带团理念、擦亮政治底色四种对策,为新时代高校基层团支部建设提供一些参考。Under the background of "League pays attention to the school", strengthening the construction of College Youth League Branch is the inevitable pursuit of the reform of the Communist Youth League, serving as the key to eliminate the "three dissimilarity" and realize the "three regression". By analyzing the significance and the reality of the construction of College Youth League Branch, this paper finds the problems in the following four aspects: the loss of League members’ education, the dislocation of class and League responsibilities, the dislocation of organizational life, and the lack of the co-construction of the Party and the League. This essay puts forward four strategies which provide references for the construction of College Youth League Branch in the new era: strengthening the theoretical study and the ideological foundation;strengthening the sense of community and taking the advantages of convergence;stimulating inner motivation and promoting brand construction;promoting League building by Party building.
