摘 要:通信网作为电力系统的基础性服务设施,长期以来对电网安全和科学发展发挥了积极作用。随着国家电网安全监管体系的不断完善,各种先进信息技术逐步大规模的建设和应用,信息业务应用更趋于IP化、宽带化、智能化,对带宽需求日益提高,现有电力通信网的承载能力和先进性水平已无法继续满足电网业务快速发展的要求。通过分析电力通信网现状、电网业务需求的变化,结合传输新技术在运营商通信网络的应用案例,阐述光传送网新技术在电力通信网中的应用。As a basic service facility of the power system,communication network always play an active role in the safety and scientific development of the power grid.With the continuous improvement of the state power grid safety supervision system and the gradual large-scale construction and application of advanced information technology,the application of information services tends to be more IP-based,broadbandoriented and intelligent,and the demand for bandwidth is also increasing.The carrying capacity and advanced level of the existing power communication network can no longer continue to meet the requirements of the rapid development of power grid business.By analyzing the current status of power communication networks,the changes in power grid business requirements,and combining the application cases of new transmission technologies in operator communication networks,the application of new optical transmission network technologies in power communication networks is described and discussed.
