摘 要:如何对针刺延期雷管经受2次过载冲击后的工作可靠性进行考核是困扰科研工作者的难题,经调研国内外尚没有相关成熟试验系统的报道。一种方法是和战斗部一起利用动态穿甲试验对延期雷管工作性能进行考核,但由于动态穿甲试验成本极其高昂,且需要大量的试验子样来验证,若采用动态穿甲试验来考核,其试验总成本巨大。因此,设计成本低而有效的试验系统对于产品研制意义重大。以马希特锤击试验设备为基础,通过理论计算设计了用于施加过载的冲击棒,增加多项转接工装后,设计出能够在延期雷管工作一定时间后再次施加过载冲击的试验系统。经理论分析计算、各工装试装配、预试验及正式锤击试验验证,证明该实验系统能够较好地模拟延期雷管作用过程中所经历的2次过载冲击环境。How to evaluate the working reliability of needled delay detonator after two overload shocks was a difficult problem for researchers,there was no report of relevant and mature testing system at home and abroad.One method was to use dynamic armour-piercing test together with the warhead to assess the working performance of the delayed detonator,however,since the cost of dynamic armour-piercing test was extremely expensive,and a large number of test samples were needed to verify,the total test cost would be huge if dynamic armour-piercing test was used to evaluate.Therefore,the design of a low-cost and effective test system was of great significance to product development.Based on the Mahit hammer test equipment,the impact bar for applying overload was designed by theoretical calculation,and a test system for applying overload impact again after the delay of the detonator for a certain period of time was designed.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,test assembly of each tool,preliminary test and formal hammer test,it was proved that the experimental system could well simulate the two overload shock environments experienced in the process of delayed detonator.
