摘 要:导弹数据链、雷达以及通讯设备等在传输信号时,容易干扰到弹上其他设备,严重时将会影响到导弹的作战性能,其中许多干扰都是线缆电场耦合与磁场耦合产生的串扰。本文针对导弹不同电缆的电磁耦合问题,利用CST电缆工作室,建立平行线缆耦合参数化仿真三维模型,对不同接收线缆及信号共存体系进行仿真对比,研究了平行线缆间距、线缆离地高度、信号上升沿时间、线缆类型以及屏蔽层接地方式几种不同因素对接收线缆串扰电压的影响。仿真结果表明,增加线缆间距和尽量贴地铺设线缆都能减小干扰,接收线缆采用屏蔽双绞线并且屏蔽层两端接地才能起到更好的磁场屏蔽作用。When the data link,radar and communication equipment of missile are transmitting signals,other equipments are easily interfered,even the missile’s combat performance would be affected.Many of these interferences are crosstalk generated by the coupling of electric field and magnetic field.In this paper,based on the electromagnetic coupling problem of different missile cables,the CST cable studio is used to establish a three-dimensional model of parallel cable coupling parametric simulation,and the simulation and comparison of different receiving cables and signal coexistence system are carried out.The effects on receiving cable crosstalk voltage of different factors such as the parallel cable distance,cable height,signal rising time,cable type and shielding layer grounding modes are researched.The simulation results show that the interference can be reduced by increasing the cable distance and laying cables as close to the ground as possible,and using shielded twisted pair for the receiving cables and laying shielding layer to ground at both ends will achieve good magnetic field shielding.
