摘 要:依据某高速动车组排障器的静强度计算结果,利用HyperWorks有限元仿真软件对其结构依次进行拓扑优化和尺寸优化.综合考虑制造工艺、外形美观和型材参数等因素,对优化结果进行修正得到最终方案.结果表明,在满足静强度相关要求的前提下,排障器结构整体减重14.45%,材料利用率显著提高,轻量化设计取得显著效果,为日后排障器结构设计提供参考.According to the static strength calculation result of a cowcatcher for high-speed EMU,topology optimization and size optimization of the cowcatcher structure is conducted by using HyperWorks.Considering the factors such as manufacturing technology,artistic appearance and material parameters,the final scheme is obtained by modifying the optimized result artificially.The result shows that with meeting the static strength requirements,the overall weight is reduced by 14.45%,which means that the material utilization rate is significantly improved.The lightweight design has achieved significant result that will provide a reference for the design of cowcatcher in the future.
