摘 要:采用D001树脂对稀土氨氮废水进行吸附处理研究,分析了不同树脂改性处理条件对氨氮吸附去除效果的影响。试验结果表明:当La3+质量百分浓度为0.2%、振荡时间为0.3 h、微波辐射时间1 min时,氨氮去除率可达90.10%;树脂对氨氮的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,为优惠吸附过程;响应面法得出各因素对氨氮去除率的影响顺序大小为:振荡时间>La3+质量百分浓度>氨氮浓度;预测的最佳吸附条件为:振荡时间60 min,La3+质量百分浓度为0.3%,氨氮浓度30 mg/L,对应的氨氮去除率为87.55%,与预测值(89.78%)基本一致。Rare earth wastewater containing ammonium-nitrogen was treated by using D001 resin and the effects of different resin modification treatment conditions on the adsorption removal of ammonium-nitrogen were analyzed.The experimental results show that under the conditions of La3+mass percentage concentration 0.2%,oscillation time 0.3 h and microwave radiation time 1 min,the ammonium-nitrogen removal rate can reach 90.10%.The adsorption of ammonium-nitrogen by the resin fitted well for the Freundlich thermal adsorption model and was a favorable adsorption process.According to the response surface methodology,the influence of each factor on the ammonium-nitrogen removal rate was:oscillation time>La3+mass percentage concentration>ammonium-nitrogen concentration;the most suitable adsorption conditions were predicted:oscillation time 60 min,La3+mass percentage concentration 0.3%,ammonium-nitrogen concentration 30 mg/L,which corresponds to ammonium-nitrogen removal rate of 87.55%,and this is basically consistent with predicted value(89.78%).
